Refrigeration Inspections
We recommend a refrigeration inspection and having your coils cleaned at least twice a year. The number one cause of compressor failure is overheating due to dirty coils. Our refrigeration inspections consists of checking all the refrigeration system sight glasses, temperatures of units, door gaskets, condensate pans and clean coils.
HVAC Inspections
HVAC Inspections are vital to help maintain healthy and clean air for you, employees and customers. Dirty filters and coils can cause polluted indoor air quality that could lead to health-related issues. Feathers, cottonwood and dust pile up can cause the unit to overheat and work harder. Bird droppings on the system effects the air quality and it also causes corrosion which can lead to expensive leaks and other damages. We recommend getting these done as often as 4 times a year to get cleaner and fresher air.
